How refunds work

If something I sold you didn’t help, I would rather give your money back than keep it. That is the whole policy, and everything below is just the detail.
The terms differ between what I sell, because they are genuinely different things. The book and the course can be refunded outright; a Clarity Call is refunded in full if I don’t think I can help you — the detail is below, and it is on the page before you pay, not hidden here.
The policy for what you bought

A Clarity Call — the ten-minute promise
About ten minutes into a call, if I don’t think I can genuinely help you, I will say so and refund you in full. I would rather give your money back than take it for a conversation that was never going to be worth it. Past that point the time has been given, so a completed call isn’t refunded.
Before the call, you may reschedule once, as long as you ask at least 24 hours beforehand and another time is free. If I ever have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund; and if your payment goes through but no slot is actually booked, you are refunded in full. How to ask for a refund
Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or write to hello@truthbyashfi.com. Please use the same email address you bought with, so I can find your order. You do not need to explain yourself at length — telling me it wasn’t right for you is enough.
How long it takes
Refunds are sent back to the payment method you used. Once approved, the money typically appears within 5–7 business days for Indian payments, and can take up to 10 business days for international payments, depending on your bank.
International orders are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so the refund may appear on your statement under their name rather than mine.
Cancelling before delivery
The book and the course are both delivered the instant you pay, so there is nothing waiting to be cancelled — the refund policy above is what applies. A Clarity Call is booked on the calendar the moment it is paid for, so there is nothing pending — rescheduling, not cancelling, is what applies there.
If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and never received what you bought, that is not a refund question — it’s a mistake, and it gets fixed straight away. Write to hello@truthbyashfi.com and it will be sorted.
