How your purchase reaches you

Immediately. The moment your payment succeeds, a download button appears on screen and the same link is emailed to the address you bought with. The file is a PDF you keep and can read on a phone, tablet, computer or e-reader.

Download links are private and time-limited for your security. If yours expires, write to me and I’ll send a fresh one — there is no limit on this and no charge.

Immediately. Access is tied to the email address you bought with. You sign in with that address and watch the lessons on this website; there is nothing to download or install.

The course is still being completed. Everything released so far is available to you the moment you buy, and new modules appear automatically as they are recorded — at no extra cost.

After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email with your time slot and a private video link. The call happens online at the time you chose — nothing is shipped, and you don’t need to install anything beyond a browser.

Almost every “it didn’t arrive” turns out to be one of two things:

• Check your spam or promotions folder. Automated emails land there more often than they should. Searching your inbox for “Truth by Ashfi” usually finds it.
• Check for a typo in your email address. One wrong character and the email goes nowhere.

If neither works, write to hello@truthbyashfi.com from any address and tell me roughly when you paid. Your purchase is recorded on my side regardless of whether the email reached you, so it can always be re-sent. Payment taken and nothing delivered is always fixed, and if it can’t be, you get your money back — see cancellations & refunds.

Everywhere. Because there is nothing physical to send, the book, the course and calls are available worldwide. Indian customers pay in rupees; everyone else pays in US dollars. Calls are scheduled in Indian Standard Time by default, and the booking page will show you the times in your own time zone.
